Conservative MP Adam Afriyie has put his Grade-II listed home in Old Windsor, Berkshire, up for sale at an asking price of £4.85m.
The property joins Afriyie’s Westminster home, which he put up for sale in spring, for £16.7m. No buyers have come forward so far, the agents said.
Should both properties be sold for their asking price, Afriyie will make a profit of £10.25m on the price paid for them. The Westminster property cost £7.25m when it was bought in 2005, while the Old Windsor property was bought for £4m in 2008.
