Aviva has committed to a speculative start of its £30m refurbishment of the former Allied Irish Bank offices in Uxbridge town centre, west London.
The fund manager has confirmed it will begin work this month on the 125,000 sq ft Belmont office scheme, which will comprise five office floors of up to 26,500 sq ft each, two roof terraces, a full-height atrium and basement parking space.
It is expected to achieve rents of around £30 per sq ft.
