WRBC Development UK Ltd, a subsidiary of the W.R. Berkley Corporation, has appointed CBRE as joint leasing agent on the Scalpel at 52 Lime Street, EC3, following the merger of incumbent agents DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield.
The 623ft Kohn Pederson Fox-designed tower will boast 400,000 sq ft of office space over 35 floors on completion, which is scheduled for the final quarter of 2017.
Insurer W.R. Berkley Corporation will occupy around 20% of the building, leaving around 320,000 sq ft available.
