Workspace has received planning permission for its site at Cremer Street in Hoxton, E2.
The Cremer Business Centre will convert 41,000 sq ft of space into a 57,00sq ft space at an estimated cost of £21m.
The design will reflect the site’s location opposite the Geffrye Musuem a grade 1 listed building and the surrounding Kingsland Road conservation area.
