A partnership between Barratt London, Wilson Bowden and the London Borough of Hounslow has been granted planning permission for the £210m redevelopment of Hounslow town centre.
The planned scheme, which is still subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement will include 527 new homes, 100,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail space and a 10-screen cinema.
The development has been designed around a public square that includes a 27-storey residential tower.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2017, with completion in 2020.
