DTZ Investors has agreed new leases to Jack Wills and Côte Restaurants, at 1 and 2 Longmarket, Canterbury, Kent.
By surrendering the lease on two units, DTZ has made space for the new restaurant.
Jack Wills has signed a new 10-year lease on part of its existing store, which comprises 5,361 sq ft and DTZ Investors has converted the remaining 4,172 sq ft into A3 use for Côte Restaurants.
Côte is paying £120,000 pa and Jack Wills £150,000 pa.
Jack Wills was represented by Savills; Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Côte Restaurants.
