Global workplace organisation Regus has signed a deal for a new 17,000 sq ft office at Kingsbridge’s Cumberland House, Southampton.
It has agreed a deal for a 15-year lease at around £17.50 per sq ft at the 30,000 sq ft office.
LSH director Andy Hodgkinson, said: “Cumberland House provides a great space for Regus to continue its success in the South Coast region. Its other nearby locations at Southampton Airport and Solent Business Park achieve consistently high occupancy.”
LSH advised Regus; Realest acted on behalf of Kingsbridge.
