Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Qatar investment bank QInvest have formed a joint venture to buy 16 retail properties across Germany.
The retail outlets totalling more than 1.5m sq ft all have multiple tenants and are anchored by major supermarket and homeware stores.
US-based Pramerica is the property investment management and advisory business of Prudential Financial.
Pramerica, which manages more than £493m of German retail assets on behalf of its investors, will act as the portfolio and asset manager for the properties.
