The 40,736 sq ft seven-storey modern office building on Temple Street is let to four tenants including Armstrongs Solicitors and accountancy firm Mitchell Charlesworth.
MCR has bought 1 Temple Square for £1.3m – a 17.45% yield.
The Grade II listed, 21,993 sq ft building on Dale Street is fully-let to Canter, Levin & Berg Solicitors.
The lower ground floor is sublet to Randstad Recruitment.
