London mayor Boris Johnson has given final approval to an £8.4bn regeneration project in Greenwich that will see the construction of thousands of homes as the area is transformed into a high-rise urban village.
Allies & Morrison are the architects behind the project, which will include 24,000m² of retail space and 60,000m² of office space.
Developer Knight Dragon is also negotiating with film production companies over a planned 40,000m² film studio.
