Property consultancy Bidwells has bolstered its planning team with the appointment of two former Savills employees.
Former RTPI Young Planner of the Year Alison Wright and Baldip Basi, a retail and leisure specialist who also formerly worked for Hepher Dixon, will bring the team’s headcount to 45.
Wright, who has previously secured outline planning permission for large residential schemes across the East Midlands for Taylor Wimpey, will be based in the firm’s Cambridge office.
Basi, whose past achievements include securing outline planning consent for McDonald Restaurants, KFC, Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express, will be based in the Milton Keynes and Cambridge offices.
