Aprirose Real Estate Investment has bought 76 King Street in Manchester city centre for £16m.
The four-storey Grade II listed building comprising 42,663 sq ft of grade-A offices was sold by Aspen Assets.
The property was recently refurbished and the third and fourth floors let to serviced office provider Orega.
The purchase comes after Aprirose agreed the sale of Etrop Court in Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester, for around £14.5m. The 48,212 sq ft office building, which is currently occupied by Manchester city council, was bought by Naissance Capital Real Estate.
CBRE acted for Aprirose on 76 King Street; WHR Property Consultants acted for Aspen.
