Standard Life Wealth has signed to take 2,700 sq ft at Evans Property Group’s Minerva office in Leeds.
The investment manager joins law firm Gateley, property firm BNP Paribas Real Estate and UBS which have all agreed leases at the refurbished building.
Evans unveiled the 30,568 sq ft of grade-A refurbished offices at Minerva last summer, with quoted rents at £24.50 per sq ft.
The scheme is part of its ongoing £20m programme of works transforming the Bond Court area of Leeds city centre, which includes refurbishing the neighbouring office building Capitol and building a 95-bed five-star hotel.
JLL and CBRE are joint agents on Minerva and Standard Life was represented by JLL.
