Pugh offers Scarborough estate

A housing estate in Scarborough, north Yorkshire, is being offered at Pugh & Company’s 1 December auction at Leeds United Football Club. Guided at £1.1m, the 12-home estate generates £81,120 pa. Also on offer is a cemetery lodge, former police station, former library and a nursery building.

Lansdowne hits new high

Lansdowne Property Auctions sold 74% out of 22 lots at its 19 November sale at the Connaught Hotel, W1. The £4.3m result was Lansdowne’s highest total since its inaugural auction in March this year, which raised £2.7m.

German flat in London auction

MS Auctions is offering a flat in Wuppertal, Germany, at its sale on 1 December at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, W1. The 505 sq ft studio flat generates an income of €4,800 (£3,377) pa and has a guide of €25,000.

LSH raises £3.7m in Belfast

Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast sale raised £3.7m from 56 lots, with a 77% success rate. Held on 20 November at the Europa Hotel, the sale featured a former mill on a 3.9-acre site in Castlewellan, County Down, which sold for £182,000.

Record result for Penny

Graham Penny’s Leicester auction on 18 November raised £3m – its highest total to date. Out of 25 lots offered, three sold prior and 14 in the room, giving an 80% success rate. The sale took place at Leicester City Football Club.
