Allied London has appointed agents to sell its XYZ office scheme in Manchester’s Spinningfields, months before it is due to be completed.
Farmer Capital has been instructed to seek offers over £90m for the 160,000 sq ft of creative workspace.
The speculatively-built scheme is due to be completed in autumn 2016 but is already fully leased.
Recent signings include NCC Group, which will take 60,000 sq ft, and law firm Shoosmiths, which will occupy 32,000 sq ft.
Radio broadcaster Global signed for 16,699 sq ft in September.
The building forms part of Allied’s portfolio of offices targeting the TMT sector and includes a 30,000 sq ft co-working incubator, cinema and personal fitness studio.
