Bockleton Court, near Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, is being offered by CPBigwood guided at £1m. The Jacobean-style house, built in 1869, comes with a gamekeeper’s lodge, private woodland and stables. Some of the marble chimney pieces purportedly came from royal residence Clarence House. The sale is being held on 10 December at Aston Villa Football Club in Birmingham.
