Howard Raymond’s Ilona House Securities has secured consent for a mixed-use scheme on the King’s Road, SW3, which will be anchored by an Everyman cinema.
The 40,000 sq ft development of 279 Kings Road includes 11 flats, ground-floor shops and a cinema on the first floor.
The Nick Shipp-designed plans were initially rejected by a planning inspector, citing concerns over affordable housing, but the scheme has now been approved on appeal.
Howard Raymond is the son of late porn baron and Soho property mogul Paul Raymond.
