CBRE has hired a new head of out of town retail agency.
Will Bolton, who spent 16 years at retail specialist Harvey Spack Field before launching his own niche property company, will work under head of retail Phil Cann.
Cann said: “Will brings over 20 years’ of experience and knowledge in leasing advisory work particularly within the food and retail out of town sector. His impressive reputation and extensive relationships with institutional investors, property companies, private equity groups and developers on many retail-led mixed use schemes across the UK, means he is ideally positioned to spearhead the growth of our out of town agency business.”
During his career, Bolton has worked on the development and leasing of some of the UK’s largest out of town retail centres including Fosse Park in Leicester, CastlePoint in Bournemouth, Dorset and Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh.
