Severn Trent Water has appointed Capita Real Estate to lease its former branch office at Anstey Lane, north of Leicester.
The 24,203 sq ft office building is now surplus to Severn Trent Water’s requirements and it will be vacating the space in early 2016.
Joe Skinner, managing agent for Capita Real Estate, said: “All employees currently occupying the building will be relocated to refurbished offices on the retained part of the Seven Trent site.”
The site is expected to draw quote a bit of interest due to the lack of available out-of-town office space in Leicester.
Quoting rents are £9.50 per sq ft and lease terms are up to five years. Skinner adds: “This represents a good value opportunity for an office user or possible alternative user – subject to planning consent.”
The offices can either be taken as a whole or in part from 5,670 sq ft up to 24,203 sq ft.
