The most expensive residential street in England and Wales is in Kensington, west London, and its most expensive property is thought to be worth around £20m.
Victoria Road, where houses have an average value of just over £8m, tops Lloyds Bank’s list of most expensive streets.
The top 50 most expensive streets on the list are all in the south of England, and most are in London. Poole, in Dorset, is the only town among the top 50 that is not in the south east of England.
