ICG-Longbow has hired David Mortimer to head its four-strong senior debt team.
Mortimer will join the company in January to work with Martin Wheeler, joint head of ICG-Longbow.
He joins from Santander where he was head of structured finance risk, real estate, overseeing a £5bn book.
Wheeler said: “David brings direct property knowledge and wide ranging experience in property finance, especially in mid-market regional lending, which is a key focus for ICG-Longbow.”
