Brentford-FC-new-stadium-and-resi-570Wilmott Dixon and Brentford Football Club have secured planning consent from Hounslow borough council to deliver a new 20,000-capacity football stadium and 648 homes in Brentford, West London.

The new stadium and seven new residential buildings will be located on a ten-acre site on Lionel Road South, close to Kew Bridge.

The homes are being developed through Prime Place, Wilmott Dixon’s residential development arm. A total of 304 homes will be provided for private sale and 344 for private rental through Willmott Dixon’s Private Rental Sector company Be:here.

On completion of the stadium, Brentford FC will relocate from Griffin Park, where Prime Place already has consent to develop 75 family houses for private sale.

Prime Place’s portfolio includes more than 1,100 homes at Aberfeldy Village in Poplar E14; 135 apartments and family houses in Godalming town centre, and a joint venture with Westminster city council to develop a new leisure centre and 156 new homes.
