Sol Zakay’s Topland has provided £12m of acquisition and development financing to an overseas high-net-worth individual planning a residential development at 6 Upper Brook Street, W1.
The £30m development opposite the US Embassy will comprise three flats with roof terraces totalling 7,000 sq ft.
Fenton Whelan has been appointed as interior designer and development manager.
Stanhope Gate Architects designed the scheme.
