Helix Property Advisors has been appointed to manage the iconic Port of Liverpool Building, following its acquisition by two Middle Eastern family businesses for £27.6m.
The Grade II listed building, one of Liverpool’s Three Graces comprises 159,220 sq ft of offices.
It was recently sold by Downing, which spent £8.5m refurbishing the property.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for Downing; the purchasers were advised by Cew Capital.
