Wilmott Dixon and Brentford FC have secured consent for a new 20,000-capacity football stadium and 648 homes in Brentford, west London.
The stadium and seven residential buildings will be built on 10 acres on Lionel Road South, Hounslow. The homes are being developed through Wilmott Dixon’s Prime Place division.

On completion of the stadium, Brentford FC will relocate from Griffin Park, where Prime Place has consent to develop 75 family houses for private sale.
