Volterra Fietta has signed for Exemplar and Aviva Investors’ Fitzroy Place, W1, taking the office space at the mixed-use scheme to 90% let.
The law firm will occupy the first floor of 2 Fitzroy Place, joining Lendinvest, which has signed for the third floor, and Allfunds, which leased floors six and seven this year. Rents in the building range from £80 to £90 per sq ft.
Around 25,000 sq ft across two floors remains vacant in the 80,000 sq ft building, which is next to Estée Lauder’s new HQ at 1 Fitzroy Place. CBRE and JLL are leasing agents.
