US media company A&E Networks is in advanced talks to be the first tenant at Landid’s One Queen Caroline Street, W6, for its new London headquarters.
The company, a joint venture between Hearst Corporation and Disney-ABC Television Group, is understood to have placed 20,000 sq ft under offer at the building.
Rents are quoted at £56 per sq ft and it is expected to sign a 15-year lease.
