BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed David Simpson as director and head of property management for Scotland.
Simpson joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner for nine years. Prior to that he headed the property management team in Scotland at Drivers Jonas before its takeover by Deloitte.
Paul Abrey, head of property panagement at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “David’s experience will help us develop our regional network which is focussed on London, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh.”
Gavin Willins, head of Scotland at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “His standing in the market along with strong personal qualities is an excellent fit with the existing management team and our other business lines.
