First-Choice-Opus-Land

Opus Land has been granted planning permission for a 100,000 sq ft industrial facility in Cannock, Staffordshire, for the First Choice Group.

The site at Kingswood Lakeside will serve as a new HQ facility for First Choice, and will include a three-storey office.

The development land was acquired from Staffordshire County Council, and is next to adjoining Opus developments the Veolia HQ and the APC regional distribution hub.

Victoria Smith, partner at Opus Land, said: “Our business has a long-standing track record of delivering market-leading developments in the Kingswood Lakeside in partnership with occupiers.

“All of these projects are a culmination of a close working relationship with occupiers in order to deliver a bespoke product to suit the individual needs of tenants seeking new space in the Midlands.”
