M&G Real Estate has completed lettings to The Fragrance Shop and pizza delivery chain Papa John’s for its South Wales shopping centre Cwmbran Shopping.
The Fragrance Shop will take 1,130 sq ft on a five-year lease and Papa John’s has committed to 850 sq ft on a 15-year lease.
Fashion retailer Roman Originals has also signed a new five-year lease on its 4,200 sq ft store.
The lettings follow £8m of store improvements at the centre.
Rupert Milne, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “The Fragrance Shop and Papa John’s join an already successful tenant line-up as part of our active asset management strategy that has allowed us to cement Cwmbran Shopping’s position as one of Wales’ core retail locations.
“Significant investment into the scheme over the past year demonstrates retailers’ commitment to Cwmbran and, with free parking and a diversified tenant mix that serve 18m customers annually, the scheme is set to attract further interest from national retailers.”
