Housing developer Lovell has been selected by the Tirion Group for an 800-home development in Cardiff at the former Arjo Wiggins paper mill.

Tirion is a not-for-profit organisation created through a partnership between the Welsh government and Principality Building Society.
The first phase of development will create 358 homes for open market sale by Lovell and 102 affordable homes available at social and open market rent for Tirion
Around half of the 800 new dwellings will be affordable homes.
Construction will begin in autumn 2016.
