CBRE has boosted its East End London residential team with the appointment of Matthew Leitch as a senior director.
He previously spent five years at Savills as a director in its residential development team, and before that led the east London office at Currell Residential.
Leitch will focus on strengthening CBRE’s prime east London residential development consultancy and sales offering, working with executive director Alan Selby and senior director Joseph Selby in the agent’s Canary Wharf office.
Lisa Hollands, managing director of residential at CBRE, said: “The appointment reaffirms CBRE’s market-leading position in London including the London Docklands market.
“Matthew brings a wealth of expertise, having worked on smaller niche schemes as well as some of the capital’s largest urban regeneration projects.”
The London residential team at CBRE has expanded from four to more than 120 people over the past five years through strategic growth and the acquisitions of EA Shaw and Alan Selby & Partners.
