AshbyCapital has leased 16,342 sq ft of office and retail space at 200 Aldersgate, EC1, to tenants including EAT, Abokado, Ford Motor Co and Jampur Group.
Office rents in the building now exceed £80 per sq ft on the upper floors and Ford has paid £66 per sq ft for space on the upper ground floor.
