Multinational food giant Danone has signed as the first tenant at Blackstone’s Building 7 at Chiswick Park, W4.
The company has taken a 10-year lease for 42,000 sq ft on part of the fifth floor and the entire sixth floor of the 334,000 sq ft building, where quoting rents start at £50 per sq ft.
The building will become one of two main UK offices for Danone, the other of which is in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Savills, CBRE and DTRE are joint letting agents for Chiswick Park; JLL acted for Danone.
