Agents appointed on 2 St Peter’s Square

2-St-Peters-Square-570pxCBRE has been appointed as joint letting agent with Cushman & Wakefield on Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s 2 St Peter’s Square, Manchester.

The 12-storey block, which is under construction, was purchased from Betfred founder Fred Done for £100m in August 2015.

EY has already signed to take 42,000 sq ft at the building from 2017 on a 15-year lease, taking space across the eighth, ninth and tenth floors.

The building comprises 161,065 sq ft of offices over 11 floors, with two retail units and two levels of basement parking.

Neil Mort, director at CBRE’s Manchester office, said: “Once complete, it will become one of the most prestigious office buildings in central Manchester, forming part of a new business quarter in the city.”
