Footwear brand Skechers has signed for space at Grosvenor Fund Management’s Liverpool ONE.
The retailer has signed a ten-year lease for a 3,578 sq ft shop.
Miles Dunnett, director of portfolio management at Grosvenor Fund Management, said: “The signing of Skechers so soon after the start of the year is a great reflection of the awareness of Liverpool ONE’s success among leading fashion and lifestyle brands.”
