Native Land has completed a mixed-use development of 14 residential units and 10,000 sq ft of office space on Bard Road in Kensington, W10.
The 14 flats are shared ownership properties for Affinity Sutton Housing Association.
The units make up part of Native Land’s provision of 96 affordable homes as part of its £550m, 72-home development with Grosvenor at Campden Hill, W8.
Andrew Locke of Native Land said: “Acton Housing Association has provided a further 20 affordable homes at Ifield Road, SW10, and Peabody have built 62 affordable homes at Freston Road, W10..
“Native Land has a longstanding relationship with London housing associations to provide quality developments of much needed affordable housing within the London boroughs in which it develops.”
To date, Native Land has completed 270 affordable homes across a number of London boroughs.
