MAG Property, the development group responsible for Manchester and London Stansted airports, has appointed Emily Speak as asset manager.
Speak will be responsible for property management at MAG’s airport properties, from lounges to ticket desks, to staff and crew accommodation, including airside offices and engineering rooms.
She joins MAG from Travis Perkins, where she was responsible for their North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland property portfolio.
She has also previously worked at JLL in Manchester in its landlord and tenant department.
MAG Property chief executive Lynda Shillaw said: “We are continuing to develop the MAG Property business by strengthening the team with high-calibre recruits with specialist expertise and broad experience, which is really important for us as we move into the next phase of our growth.”
