BlackRock has let the sixth floor at 51 Great Marlborough Street, W1, to Starlizard, a football betting platform.
The company has taken 4,500 sq ft on a 10-year lease, at a rent of almost £77.50 per sq ft.
The third and fourth floors of the 37,696 sq ft building are vacant.
Rhys Evans, co-founder of Monmouth Dean, said: “Soho is known for its eclectic mix of business, leisure and retail occupiers, and it is a testament to this that Starlizard have chosen to expand by opening a new office in the area.
“51 Great Marlborough Street underwent extensive refurbishment in 2015 and now offers contemporary office space with modern architectural features including a remodelled reception, high quality common areas and office space that differentiates itself from standard stock. The specification was developed to attract young and vibrant companies like Starlizard who are looking to create a working environment that attracts and retains talent.”
Monmouth Dean and Lambert Smith Hampton advised BlackRock.
