Countrywide has expanded its focus on residential development sales through the acquisition of Lanes Land & New Homes.
Lanes Land provides services to small, medium-sized and large housebuilders and developers in north London and Hertfordshire.
It will become part of Countrywide Residential Development and continue to operate under its brand, managed by managing director Mike Franklin.
