TPG’s Special Situations Partners has entered into a joint venture with development finance provider Maslow Capital.
The US private equity group will work with Maslow to provide direct lending to UK real estate companies specialising in development or embarking on development opportunities.
Maslow said that joining up with the specialist lending arm of TPG will add capacity to the business.
For TPG the venture adds regional expertise and deal origination capabilities in a growing sector.
