O2 outlet village a step closer

Millennium-dome-THUMB.jpegCrosstree Partners and AEG’s development plans at the O2 Arena in Greenwich, SE10, are to be financed using a £185m loan from Lloyds Banking Group.

The partnership plans to develop a 204,000 sq ft designer outlet village in the former Millennium Dome.

The loan will consist of a development facility of £75m and a £110m refinancing of debt held against the existing retail and leisure assets.
