Ivanhoé Cambridge has dissolved its partnership with Blackstone and ended their mutual interest in Gecina.
The pair joined together in July 2014 to take a controlling share in the French REIT.
The partnership was dissolved through mutual agreement and leaves Ivanhoé Cambridge as the principal shareholder in the company with 23% of the share capital.
