A seven-screen Odeon cinema in Worcester in the West Midlands was the star lot at Acuitus’s May auction sale, selling for £1.5m – a 6% yield.

A former police box in Edinburgh’s west end was sold in September for £23,000 by Auction House Scotland. The B-listed Tardis-style unit has been used as a coffee shop. Inside, it features oak shelving, running hot and cold water, and electricity.
