C&W nabs Colliers’ corporate occupier guru

Ed-Neild-THUMB.jpegCushman & Wakefield has poached Ed Neild, Colliers International’s head of strategic account management in its EMEA corporate solutions team.

Neild will join C&W as head of portfolio development in its EMEA global occupier services team. He will work with Michael Creamer, head of enterprise client solutions.

Neild’s previous clients include Barclays, Lloyds Bank, Clifford Chance and Thomson Reuters.

He joined Colliers in 2013 from CBRE where he had been for 15 years. It will be his second stint at C&W, where he started his career in 1996.

Property services firms are desperately trying to expand their occupier services businesses and win key corporate accounts that provide reliable and potentially lucrative revenue streams, in contrast to their more volatile transactional businesses.
