Real Estate Management UK (REM), has appointed CBRE and Savills to lease St James’s office block 48 Pall Mall, SW1.
The property will provide 31,000 sq ft of new grade-A office space over seven floors, with three private roof terraces, parking and an additional private entrance to the rear of the building.

REM is developing the property on behalf of the State of Qatar.
