Premier Inn has signed a 25-year lease with Town Centre Securities for a new 136-bedroom hotel at its Whitehall Riverside scheme in Leeds.
The nine-storey hotel is part of a major regeneration scheme in the west of the city.
TCS has outline planning consent to deliver 375,000 sq ft of offices, 18,500 sq ft of restaurants and 8,500 sq ft of leisure space as well as a 500-space multi-story car park.
The hotel is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2017.
