Welsh Lordships seek buyer
Two ancient Welsh titles are being offered at the next Paul Fosh sale. The Lordships of the Manors of Prendergast Alias Prengast and Woodstock are both guided at £3,500-plus. The sale takes place at the Park Inn hotel in Cardiff on 11 February.
Iam-sold raises £5.7m
Iam-sold’s latest West Midlands auction raised £5.2m from conditional sales, with a 78% success rate, and £517,500 from five unconditional lots, with a 100% success rate. The auction was held at the Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton on 27 January.

Harman Healy sells 50%
Harman Healy has held its least successful sale to date, selling half of a 14-lot catalogue. The 27 January sale at Kensington Town Hall, W8, raised £715,000 – far short of the £2.6m generated at December’s sale and the auction house’s all-time high of £11.7m.
