Savills has expanded its rating team with the appointment of two directors from JLL to be based at the firm’s Birmingham office.
Mark Radford, previously with JLL and DTZ, has provided strategic advice on rateable values across most sectors in the Midlands and beyond.
Nick Chatterley also joins from JLL. His previous roles include stints in local government with Dudley MBC and private practice with PwC. He focuses on providing advice on empty property rates for new and existing property and the associated legal processes.
Savills’ national head of rating, David Parker, said: “We are pleased to be welcoming them into our Birmingham office and expanding the national rating team.”
