CBRE has hired PJ Thibault from Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director in its UK capital markets team.
Thibault was head of UK business space capital markets at C&W where he specialised in advising US private equity groups and family offices.
He spent 23 years at C&W, the past 14 of which were as an equity partner.
Recent deals include advising NorthStar on the acquisitions of the £1.5bn SEB Prime portfolio and the £500m Trias portfolio.
